Fun Lovin' Criminals @ UEA
Now that’s how you celebrate an anniversary!
The coolest criminals in the world make a return to Norwich, and this time round they're on one hell of a big job, celebrating their 20th Anniversary with the Come Find Yourself tour. Yep, it’s been that long since you first heard Scooby Snacks! Huey, Brian and Frank are one in a long list of bands, artists and generally awesome musicians that have stuck to it over the years and made it to the point of hitting a ‘right ol’ knees up’ anniversary. And if anyone is going to get your knees up it’s these guys, proving that they're not just great and diverse recording artists but they’ve got stage presence and musical skills for days.
All three engage with one another and the audience with real love, welcoming the audience as their fourth member, made clear with an audience participation rendition of Scooby Snacks, that went down a treat of course. Endlessly pumping the crowd full of tracks older and newer, the guys returned to the stage three times, ending the night with the riff roaring Rock and Roll by Led Zeppelin.
Leaving the entire audience with their spirits and knees high? Now that’s how you celebrate an anniversary!
