For 11 months of the year, we fail to get stuff done under the label of ‘time running away with us’, but in January, time is about the only thing we’re rich in! With the month stretching out in front of you, use your time to be part of the Library’s Join Up January campaign. You don’t even have to go outside in the cold! Go online to tap into a huge range of services from Norfolk County Council libraries, from signing up and browsing the catalogue to free ebook downloads.
It’s really easy to join the library service at www.norfolk.gov.uk/libraries and once a member you can discover all that’s on offer. From serious reads to children’s events and new release DVDs, there’s something for everyone! If you got a new media reader for Christmas, fill it up with a selection of Ebooks and Eaudio. You can borrow as many as six of each for 7, 14 or 21 days using your valid Norfolk Libraries card and PIN. Devices that are supported include Windows Phone 7, iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone. Use the quick-start guide or take the Guided Tour to get you started. Plus there are no overdue charges, because the items are ‘returned’ automatically at the end of the loan period.
