This musical is as vibrant as that red pair of boots on the poster, bursting with song, comedy, and an insanely enthusiastic cast, Kinky Boots is also a story of friendship, loyalty, struggle, and self-acceptance. Brought to life on stage by the Norfolk and Norwich Operatic Society, presented in arrangement with Music Theatre International.

This is an incredible example of how the Norwich drag scene is constantly expanding to become the most diverse and inclusive that it can be, an aspect that many members of the drag community admire.

Liv and Moth the creators of the pageant deserve huge credit for founding such an amazing event and for further donating all merchandise profits to fundraisers of Norwich’s transgender community, an incredible way to show extra support within the community!

Ellie played multiple new songs throughout her set, giving the audience little teasers of new music she has coming out later in the year or early next year.

A goosebump worthy performance, in the best possible way! The first of their few shows at Norwich Playhouse drawn to a close, there was not one underwhelming stage presence from the cast.
