Dr Martens open their latest store in Norwich - the biggest in the UK!
Where other companies have talked the talk, Dr Martens have been walking the walk for fifty-three years, and have marched right into Norwich to open their latest store - the biggest in the UK!
Monday saw a brief opening for an hour, with Tuesday 1st October being the first full day open for the new iconic shoestore. All eyes are focused on the shop today though, as it enjoys its official opening, with staff from the store and regional Marketing Manager, Amy coming to untie the laces to the shop [pictured].
The brand, known mainly for its trademark Airwear shoes, has seen something of a renaissance in recent years, with four stores opening up just this year around the UK.
Norwich was identified as a perfect location, with Marketing Manager, Amy affirming to us, "We're opening stores in the key shopping locations, and Norwich is one of them. I think Norwich has a reputation for being closely linked with art, because of the Art School - and music - and it's definitely got its own sense of culture."
We, at Outline, are stoked to see such a big name stamp its mark on the city.
Dr Martens has opened at 23-25 Castle St, Norwich.
