Carolynne - Coming Back To Me EP
Many people will remember Carolynne from the X Factor, when she was in the bottom two with Rylan and the judges saved him over her. Yes, really.
Since then, Carolynne has been working hard as an artist on her own right, with her own brand of country tinged rock music as well as getting married and a few other bits and bobs, but she’s never given up on her dream.
This new EP consists of four tracks of quality country music, that could just as easily come straight out of Nashville. The title track of the EP shows Carolynne’s wide vocal range, while the soft tones of Let Me Unlove You draw you in to what is a beautiful country ballad, even if it is a little melancholy, and Real Man is a straight up country rock song.
One thing’s for sure though, that this EP goes on to cement Carolynne’s reputation as one of the UK’s finest country singers. Her voice is incredible, and while this genre might not be for everyone, it’s certainly worth exploring as there is a wealth of talent out there. This is some damned fine music, and it’s definitely worth investing your time and money in it.
