She subverts expectations with heavy bass, using sound as a tool to confront prejudice within the
scene. ASIAN BRAT is known for continuously challenging society through music by relentlessly
questioning norms and bias.
With over 2M+ global plays on SoundCloud, she also represents the UK’s Sexy Lady Massive
(@slmpire) – an all-female collective, striving for female empowerment; ASIAN BRAT is leading by
example, through the power of 140!
GRL DEM was set up 10 years ago as an antidote to dance music’s seriousness, and to promote
greater equality in the local DJing scene.
They curate sell-out Dia De Los Muertos events at Norwich Arts Centre, Space Studios, along with
various summer festival performances (Shambala Festival, Maui Waui + more).
GRL DEM bring a festival, carnival atmosphere to the dancefloor. Expect underground tunes
