496 Sprowston Road, Norwich, NR3 4DY Eddie and the Hot Rods are a pioneering British pub rock/proto-punk band formed in Essex in 1975, renowned for high-energy R&B and the 1977 Top 10 UK hit “Do Anything You Wanna Do”. Originally featuring Barrie Masters, Dave Higgs, Rob Steel, and Steve Nicol, they emerged from Canvey Island’s music scene, often associated with Dr. Feelgood.
